Princess Sailing Cruises operates from Marina Mandraki, Rhodes, Greece. We collect only what we need to respond to your booking enquiry and run our trips safely.
What we collect
When you contact us we receive your name, email, phone if you give it to us, and the contents of your message. When you book, we keep the trip date and any allergy or accessibility information you share.
How we use it
We use your information solely to reply to you, confirm your booking, and ensure your safety on board. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for the period required by Greek tax and tourism law. Email enquiries are deleted after 24 months unless you become a guest.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
