Terms of Service
Booking
A booking is confirmed once we have written confirmation from you and any agreed deposit has been received. The price quoted at the time of booking is binding.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure receive a full refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. We will always offer to reschedule first.
Weather
If the captain decides conditions are unsafe, the trip is rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded. Safety is the captain's call and is not negotiable.
On board
You agree to follow the captain's instructions at all times. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Glass containers are not allowed in swim areas.
Liability
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We carry the insurance required by Greek maritime law. Tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies, or non-swimmers in your party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rhodes.
